Because you will be the person handling divers administrative tasks at the same time. You are a well-structured person and you have eye for detail. Therefore, you will make this a success. You make it your goal that everything is finished on time. Your colleagues will get you up to speed. It makes you happy to work in an enthusiastic multilingual team within a dynamic and rapidly growing company.
What you will do
- Handle refund and replacement approvals for all CS sites globally;
- Handle issuing shipping claims;
- Handle Paypal claims;
- Divers administrative tasks such as Z block.
- Your English verbal and written skills are very good;
- You are detail oriented and focused;
- You have good analytical skills;
- You are clever in working with computers and MS Office (Excel);
- You can work on evenings and Saturdays;
- And you are available 24 – 40 hours per week.
