Our Team Leader Customer Service Germany / Moers
Loves to get the best out of his/her team! Because YOU are skilled in quality/quantity management and truly are a people person. You are continuously improving the productivity and using quality monitoring tools and feedback from our quality controllers. It goes without saying that you make sure the team will be enthusiastic and motivated throughout these improvements. You report to the Manager Customer Service Operations.
You are successful because it is in your nature to build a team with a common goal: providing the best possible service to our vidaXL customers! In addition you are a self-starter that does not wait around for instructions. You will proactively gather the information you need and organise your own tasks accordingly so you can achieve the best results.
What you will do
- Manage the entire German/Polish Customer Service Team
- Develop and coach your team
- Provide individual and collective team feedback
- Monitor and improve output
- Prepare and control personal CSR files
- Document and report results and process developments
- Analyse and give recommendations
- Contribute to the annual development plan
- Experience as a team leader / supervisor in a contact centre
- Good communication and coaching skills
- Strong analytic qualities
- Excellent in the German/Polish language and proficient in the English language
