Your role as a Corporate Recruiter:
Internal growth of staff calls for a specialist in the field of searching and finding talent. You are a Recruiter with a specialty in IT. You can create, develop and implement recruitment campaigns and you know your way around online and offline communication. You know how to find and implement the necessary tooling (ATS). You are the missing link between HR, our various IT departments (SAP, Business Development and Infrastructure). And of course… You love operational recruitment from A till Z.
- Recruit employees for vidaXL globally
- Develop and implement employer branding strategy
- Online and offline recruitment communication focusing on IT
- Make vidaXL known to potential employees
What we require
- You are passionate about recruitment and know everything about the best jobboards, databases, recruitment and interviewing tactics
- You have 2-4 years experience within recruitment of IT professionals
- You have affinity with the IT market
- You have knowledge of ATS systems, experience with Bullhorn is a (big) plus
- Good spoken en written skills in Dutch and English
- You are willing to work 1 day a week from our Venlo office
