Our concept is based on offering a wide range of products that enable people to “live it up for less”. By using simple cost-cutting solutions that do not negatively affect the quality of the products, we are able to make our products accessible for as many people as possible. All processes from product development and purchasing, marketing & sales, logistics and customer services are in our hands. In that way we keep full control over our products’ functionality, quality and costs.

Our product range consists of products from our own brand vidaXL and of products from selected other brands that fit to our principles. Our product range covers daily activities such as sleeping, eating and socializing or home and garden improvement as well as products for specializations such as photography and car repair. 
 
Own brand products
Our own brand products are being designed with the customers’ functional need as starting point. We use our product development expertise to define product characteristics (material usage and dimensions) in order to realize the optimal value for money experience of the end product. We thereby take into consideration all steps of a products’ supply chain; manufacturing and shipping, product storage, customer delivery, customer assembly and after sales services. Furthermore by controlling low cost manufacturing processes and being able to order large quantities as an international retailer vidaXL is able to offer you the best possible deal.
All vidaXL products can easily be delivered at your home. The assortment is expanded constantly. In this way vidaXL products enable you to “live it up for less”.
 
History
It all started out in 2006, when two young Dutch entrepreneurs with a passion for sourcing & trading, started selling a few products on the eBay marketplace.  Both had big ambitions, but never expected their company to grow that quickly. Soon the assortment of own branded products grew and they started selling in several European countries. Their own webshops were opened in 2008. The aim was to offer products for much lower prices than competitors by using simple cost-cutting solutions that do not negatively affect the quality of the products. They started to build the foundation for a very efficient organization with a clear focus on value for money principles.
